For your first booking, please allow 75 minutes so we can run through your background to make sure I can treat you safely and acheive the best results from your session.
As I focus on not just treating you but also on fixing you and/or improving your sporting performance, where required I will discuss and work through rehabilitation with you (which may include strength, flexibility and balance work) and will follow up our session with rehabilitation notes tailored to your needs. There is no extra charge for this service.
